Grumpy, sporting his fancy new hospital-issue bandana.  Casey

took part of the morning off to stay home with him, and Sam took off

early to spend most of the afternoon with him.  The parrot was very

excited to have him home, and yelled, "Grumpy, Grumpy, GRUMPY!"

Patty comes to visit & welcome him home.

As we're saying goodbye to Patty, Grumpy starts wondering down

the sidewalk by himself for a long awaited walk!!

Whew!  We walked around the block & down by the creek.

He slowed down & we thought we might have to carry him home,

but slowly & surely he made the entire trip by himself - GOOD BOY, GRUMPER!

Whew, he's beat.  Sam pet's him as he lays down

for a well deserved rest.  Sleep tight little buddy.
